Calstart is located on the south side of Foothill Bl., between the Madre St. and Rosemead offramps of I210. One inductive and a variety of conductive (including several 120V sockets) are available.

As of mid-September, there was still considerable construction at Calstart and the surrounding area as well (a small shopping center is going in directly across the street from Calstart). The parking at Calstart was marked as if the spots were reserved for Calstart (the inductive spot was marked "Plant Manager"), so their policy regarding public charging is not clear. We have emailed Calstart for a clarification on this.
